თეა კიდევ ერთხელ მოგესალმებით,
გიგზავნით სამოქმედო გეგმის სამუშაო ვერსიას, რომ გადახედოთ და რჩევა და/ან რეკომენდაცია მოგვცეთ.
მათ შორისაა დაკავშირება რეგიონალურ ხელისუფლებასთან - გურია, სამეგრელოსა (გადავაკეთეთ თქვენთან საუბრის საფუძველზე) და აჭარის ა/რ.
დასალაპარაკებელი იქნება როგორ გავაკეთოთ ისე, რომ გურბერნატორსა და მერებთან შეხვედრის შემდეგ მალევე მოხდეს შეხვედრების ორგანიზება მერების წარმომადგენლებთან ტერიტორიულ-ადმინისტრაციული ერთეულებში, რომელთაც პირველადი სიები უნდა მოგვაწოდონ შემუშავებული ფორმის მიხედვით (იხ. დართული ფორმა).
მერების წარმომადგენლების მოწვევა მერებმა/მუნიციპალიტეტებმა უნდა გააკეთონ და მოიწვიონ მუნიციპალიტეტის შენობაში.
შეხვედრების მასალები შემუშავების პროცესშია.
ასევე შემუშავების პროცესშია ინსტრუქციაც, დეტალურად კონსტრუირებული კითხვები, რომელიც დასარეგისტრირებელ პიროვნებასთან მიმართებაში უნდა იქნას გამოყენებული.
სამოქმედო გეგმა ინგლისურად გავაკეთეთ (just in case).
