Dear Deputy Ministers, Jurate, Beka,
I wanted to let you know that me and my colleague have arrived safely home yesterday evening and due to "an extraordinary situation" in Slovakia Mr Deputy Minister Branislav Ondrus has assisted us personally to get to Bratislava from the Austrian border.
Since a pandemic caused by a coronavirus COVID - 19 is curently effecting our working life very seriously we have agreed on Sunday with Beka and Levan to keep working from home.
Currently we keep working on:
- preparation of the campaign, arrangements for the design of the posters and other communication items agreed, metro and bus coverage, all other agreed issues as agreed during the last meeting
- completion of the Interim Quaterly Report
- translating the Decree 477 and 361 to have text ready for assessing the alignment with Directive 92/57/EEC on minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites
- Accreditation decree -if some other assistance is needed, let me know when completed by Maia
- operational documents translation based on request
- any other operational issues needed
Other operational issues will be comunicated separately. As we we discussed earlier, I am available by mobile phone through viber and whatsap.
Best regards,
Valeria
