Dear Zaza,

Following our meeting last year on the pipelined EU support to your Ministry, with this email I would like to update you on the PAR related Technical Assistance (TA) for which your ministry is one of the beneficiary. As a result of a lengthy discussions with Administration of Government (AoG) and line ministers of the ToR (your ministry was supposed to get the final approved version of the latter from the AoG), I am happy to inform you that contracting of this service contract was completed in the end January 2019.

Please let us know who will be the Deputy Minister acting as a counterpart for this service contract at your Ministry. We would like to discuss more a precise profile of the Non-Key expert - Senior Public Health Specialist: to support the development and implementation of the General Health System Strategy, its monitoring and evaluation system as well as Provider payment mechanisms. He/she will be primarily responsible for activities directed at the MoIDPHLSA where he/she is expected to be posted.

We (Sophie and I) are ready to meeting you for this purpose at your earliest convenience.
