Dear Deputy Ministers, colleagues
Please find attached the minutes of the project steering committee held on 14th February 2020. I am sorry that the sending has been a little delayed – I intended to send them last week but unfortunately
had to be away for a few days to attend a family funeral. Do, please, let me know if you have any comments on the minutes. I would also like to thank members of the steering committee who sent us written comments on the draft of the inception report that was
discussed at the meeting. In finalizing the report, we have tried to respond to all comments received, and a revised version has already been submitted to the EU delegation for comment.
With best regards
DAVID HANDLEY
