Dear Deputy Minister

Following an open call for applications for a long-term (local) Non-key Expert in the area of Skills Matching, and an evaluation of the CVs received from applicants, the two strongest candidates have been short-listed for interview.

I have been informed by the EU Delegation that the interviewing panel should include a representative of the MoIDPLHSA – either yourself or a person nominated to participate in the selection on your behalf. I understand that the dates/times for the interviews that will best suit the Delegation are the afternoon of 3^rd December (after 14.00) and/or the afternoon of 4^th December (after 15.30).

The interviewing panel will also include representatives of the EU Delegation, the MoESD and the project.

I should be grateful if you would kindly inform me as quickly as possible:

1. whether you wish either to participate on the interview panel or prefer to delegate the responsibility to a nominated (named) representative;  and
2. whether either or both of suggested dates/times would be convenient for the Ministry.   

For your information, I am attaching a copy of the terms of reference for the Non-Key expert position.

I shall send the CVs of the short-listed candidates and the report of the evaluation of the CVs of all applicants as soon as the arrangements for the interviews have been agreed, and I look forward to receiving your response on this matter.
