We confirm we will have the appraisal VC meeting on Friday starting 7 AM DC time (3PM Tbilisi time). Lela will send the connection details and we plan to send you the draft PAD ahead on the meeting.

 

We have been encouraged by our management to negotiate the project the sooner. Hence we’d like to explore with you the possibility to (i) negotiate on Tuesday April 28 starting 3 PM Tbilisi time and (ii) whether you could have the drafts of the decrees ready by negotiations. As the two decrees are conditions for disbursement, please kindly confirm by when you plan to have the decrees adopted.
