We discussed some details of Mrs. Burkert’s working contract with Giorgi Bunturi.

We understand that it is difficult for the ministry to deviate from the normal contractual procedures in case of Mrs Burkert. If this is not possible after all (depending on Giorgi’s latest clarifications with HR Department and with you), we would therefore be ok to stick with the usual Georgian work contract if you can agree that the 40 hours are an upper limit. As for the question of number of leave days we would also revert to the Georgian basis of 24 days. However, we would like to suggest that the contract allows for additional leave for the purpose of qualification of Mrs Burkert – this qualification would be work related and be of benefit for your ministry as well. Hopefully this feasible for you.
