Dear Tamuna,
I trust this finds you well.
Reference to our meeting on Friday, 6 March, we agreed that I provide comments on Work.Net’s ToR. In the attached document, you will see that I added quite substantive changes to reflect on our discussion. My understanding of the new version
of Work.Net that it will drastically transform the traditional model of job placement services into wide-ranging and smart employment services.
In this respect, I have expanded the scope of work in the ToR to embrace more ideas and tools, as well as providing more detailed descriptions of the expected outputs of the assignment. You will find additional portals introduced, such
as Career Guidance portal, training and development portal, Work.Net Analytics and further requirements on the Job Seeker and Employers portals.
Having a detailed explanation as such will inform and prepare the potential vendors of what they’re engaging themselves into by submitting an appropriate and relevant financial and technical proposals.
If you wish to discuss the ToR further, we could arrange for either a Skype call or wait until the situation with Covid-19 subsides. In the meantime, I’m glad to receive any questions or comments.
Best regards,
►
