The Asian Development Bank (ADB) Social Development Thematic Group is hosting the Asia-Pacific Social Protection Week 2019: Securing the Future of the Region. This event will be held at ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines on 9-12 September 2019.

The regional knowledge sharing event will discuss important issues such as social assistance, sustainable financing, pension reforms, aging and elderly care, climate change and disaster resilience, use of digital technology for service delivery, and the roles of government leaders and development agencies.
