Dear Mrs Barkalaia,
unfortunately Mrs Burkert will not be part of the delegation that meets with you tomorrow. She will only arrive next week. It would
be great if we could meet then to introduce Mrs Burkert to you and specify on the profile of her position and how she can be of help to your institution. In that regard Irma Tsereteli just mentioned to me that you also need clarification on the contract volume
with Mrs Burkert. We agreed that she would fill a full position and that a standard Georgian employment contract would be the basis. Please feel free to already prepare the contract, all other details can be discussed once Mrs Burkert arrives in Tbilisi.

the time of my arrival in Tbilisi is approaching. January 20th is agreed as my first working day in the Ministry. Although I haven't heard from you since, I assume that it will stay that way.
Who will be my contact person on the first working day?
At what time should I come?
If I do not hear from you, I will come to the Ministry at 10 am and ask for you.
