Support for rotavirus surveillance activities in Georgia, Tbilisi


A) Objective: to study the prevalence of rotavirus infection among acute diarrheal diseases under the supervision of a basic contingent of children under the age of 5 years. B) Ways to implement the project:
Epidemiological and laboratory studies. C) expected results:
The study will allow us to determine the proportion of rotavirus etiology in diseases of probable infectious origin in the clinic of acute diarrheal diseases and evaluate the approximate effectiveness of rotavirus vaccination.
