Ensuring the sustainability of universal access to quality diagnosis and treatment of all forms of tuberculosis in Georgia A) Objective: to reduce the burden of tuberculosis and its impact on the overall socio-economic development of the country by ensuring timely and universal access to timely and high-quality diagnosis and treatment of all forms of tuberculosis. B) Ways to implement the project: • Ensure universal access to early and high-quality diagnosis for all forms, including tuberculosis of M/ XDR; • Ensure universal access to quality treatment with adequate patient support for all forms, including M/XDR TB; • Create an enabling environment and systems for effective TB control. • Strengthen the overall health system functions to combat tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS.
