The transferred amount has been received and many thanks for your efforts.
Hereby, I would like to kindly send you a letter of gratitude signed by the Minister for your support and fruitful collaboration.
In addition, kindly ask you to sing the Delivery and Acceptance Act for this contract to finalize this project.
And, what is more important for us, within the World Bank support project it is possible to reimburse contract values retroactively, including the value of our contract. In order to proceed with the reimbursement procedures, we kindly request you to sign the attached letter of Acceptance of the World Bank’s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework, if it is possible.
In case of necessity the World Bank could request procurement related documentation of this project.
