Subject: Social Distancing for Minister's Anniversary Event

Hello Maia,

Hope you're doing well, all considered.  We received the invitation to the Minister's anniversary event.  We are committed to following the government's social distancing guidelines and we were wondering what logistics would be in place to ensure this event is able to held in a way that protects guests' health?  Our understanding is that the expected attendance is 100 guests and it will be held outdoors?  Thank you for any information you can provide.
