I hope this mail finds you well. As I see, you are very busy today, so I’ll formulate my questions in written.
1) We would like to organize the official ceremony tomorrow, 3rd June 2020, at the premises of DHL (D. Agmashenebeli Alley 12th km, Tbilisi), after 4 PM. We would highly appreciate if the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia would be represented at the level of deputy minister and if there would be representatives of your ministry’s PR department.
2) As we have written in our note verbale, we are about to receive 500 goggles, 500 protective shields, 500 overalls, and we plan to give 400 pieces of each item to your ministry and the rest to NGOs which we work with. We hope you don’t mind.
3) It would be best if you would come with a minivan to pick up the parcels. We have to sign a takeover certificate, a template of which will be brought by us. In order to ensure a smooth procedure, we would need the car plate number in advance.
I would appreciate if we could meet (in presence or online mode) to discuss these details.
