Hope you are well. Here are the answers to your questions:
1. In order to do Ig test we asked the patient to sit in an armchair and put his head backwards. This is the position how we took a nasal swab sample from one nostril and then we Put this sample in a steril conteiner filled with phisiological solution .
Or we took the smear from the throat, thus we put into a steril conteiner full with phisiological solution as well. We added some phlegmn of the patient to this sample.
We performed Igm and IgG tests with blood and also with plasm samples.
2.We did Fia Ig test after 30 minutes we took the samples. As for the samples that are meant to send in lugar we transfer them immediately.
3.The dates in excel file mean the period of time when the symptoms have been revealed.
