Dear participants,

In light of the dramatic change in the situation related to the COVID-19 outbreak in Spain and considering the call by the authorities to cancel/postpone all conferences and trainings for health professionals, we would like to inform you that the WHO Barcelona course on health financing for UHC is postponed to a later date in 2020.

We would like to offer automatic enrollment to the course at a new date for all accepted and registered participants. Once the new date is set, we will inform you and ask you to re-confirm your registration for the new date. The registration fee that you already paid would count towards that course. If the new date is not good for you and/or you are not interested in attending the course in the future, we will return the registration fee to the account from where we received the payment. As indicated in our communication last week, we regret to inform you that we are not in the position to provide any compensation for potential financial losses incurred by this postponement of the course.

Our team has been working hard to prepare for an excellent event and we are all disappointed about this development. However, we hope that we can find a solution to deliver the course at a date suitable to most of you and eventually welcome you in Barcelona.
