here is brief information about the program:
The Czech Republic allocate 1 million EUR for EaP countries to fight COVID-19. Some of this amount will be spent in Georgia and the tied financial grants for public health facilities will be used. Max two projects can be prepared, each project for approximately 180 000 EUR. Eligible are only public health institutions.
The procedure is as follows:
  1. The Czech Embassy shares the offer of Czech Health Solution available in short term in connection with the current shortage of health material and identifies the interested beneficiary.
  2. The beneficiary fills the short project form with request specification.
  3. The project has to be approved in Prague
  4. Embassy will publish the demand and prepare the shortlists of companies.
  5. The shortlist will be shared with the beneficiary for the final selection of the supplier.
  6. Then the Czech Embassy will send financial means to the beneficiary
  7. The beneficiary will pay the supplier directly.
  8. Supplier deliver material to Georgia
