I was trying to explain that obligations of Georgian side is multisectoral, different line ministries are responsible for different issues.

By the decision of the leadership of the Ministry, It is essential to include the relevant governmental institutions in the project implementation process, in order to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstanding.

Therefore, Governmental Decree 446 has been approved on 5th of March, 2020 under which Interagency Coordinating Group is to be created on Deputy Minister’s level. This group will review the project implementation Agreement in detail and provide consolidated suggestions/comments to Chinese side or approve it.

After finalizing internal procedures, we will get in touch with you and the Chinese Embassy.
