Dear Nino,

Following the latest guidance from World Bank team, please, disregard my previous email regarding the matter below. Please proceed with contract signature if the Ministry of Health finds the delivery term acceptable as it is.

Kind regards,

Dear Nino and Tamar,

As you know we are in the process to finalize the MoU for delivery of certain outputs ( 2000 Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2 kit/10 tests), to be signed between the Ministry and the UNICEF.

We are sending the final draft version for your review and approval, specifically on delivery part, since other paragraphs have already been discussed and agreed with you.

Would you have any questions for clarification, please revert back at your earliest convenience.

Best regards,

Nino

Dear Tamar,

Hereby, I am attaching the revised MoU for your final review.

As requested, all references to ‘’the Government of Georgia’’ have been replaced by ‘’Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia’’.

Regarding second comment on including the provision of delivery timetable, please, note that info on delivery terms with estimated timelines is included in the Cost Estimate Cover Letter Paragraph 1 (Find the 2nd attachment). The Cost Estimate will be also attached to the Payment Request.

If all above is acceptable, please, proceed with signature. Please note that under current circumstances, we do accept electronic signatures.

Once the document is signed, you will receive a scanned copy of the signed agreement for your records.

Please, let me know if you have any questions or comments.

Warm regards,

Tako
