Dear Maia,
Following your email below, please see attached updated UNDP offer along with certificates for:
The cost estimate includes the delivery.
Apologies for slight delay in responding to your message. The volume of N95 masks is quite significant and it took a while to find a supplier at the global market with such volume available.
Keti and I will be happy to provide further information or clarifications if needed.
Kindest regards,
Anna

Dear Tamar,
This morning we received a very good quote for N95 masks with the revised price of $2.5 or GEL 7.94 per piece as compared to earlier quoted USD4.41 or GEL 14 per piece. Please see updated file attached. This will bring significant reductions
to the overall quote. We marked the change in yellow.
Please review this file instead of yesterday’s.
Kindest regards,
Anna

Subject: UNDP PPEs procurement offer
Dear Mrs Gabunia,
With reference to the earlier discussions between the Ministry of Health, the World Bank and the UN working group on health procurement we are pleased to submit for your consideration UNDP’s offer for procurement of personal protection
equipment within the World Bank loan. This list has been discussed and agreed at the UN working group.
Kindly note these are tentative prices based on our market research in Georgia and internationally. Most of the items are subject to UNDP quality assurance policy.
Let me also advise that the price of imported commodities
is net of transportation charges and UNDP Global Procurement Unit fee.
As you can see, some of the items are immediately available, others might take time but we will try to expedite procurement process once the agreement is reached.
In our team Keti Ukleba, UNDP Operations Manager (copied to here) and myself are available for further discussions with your team and with the World Bank teams.
As UNDP has been a strong supporter of the Government of Georgia during the COVID-19 pandemic, we look forward to working together on this important project for Georgia.
Kind regards,
Anna
