Dear Nino,

There are number of changes to be considered while finalizing the Amendment indicated in the email below:

1. Please, add the Price Schedule 1 for the goods purchased from outside of the Country for Rapid Test Cassettes -  50000 items and provide all the information requested by this table;
2. Please, take out from the Price Schedule 2 those Rapid Test Cassettes -  50000 items and adjust the table accordingly;
3. Please, updated the Clause 10 - Terms of Payment considering that the payment for 30,000 items is already conducted. As I understand there will be one more payment for those 67,000 items where from 17,000 are already in country and 50,000 shall be delivered. The Supplier agrees to be paid after all 67,000 items are delivered and acceptance certificate is issued;
4. Please, correct the Clause 19 - Delivery Date and Completion Date considering that the part of the items are already delivered, accepted and paid and there is different dates for delivery of 17,000 and 50,000 items.
5. Please, adjust the Price Schedule 4 to the real payment amounts, to make it more clear.

In general, I have slightly changed the format of Amendment.
