Dear Maia,

We understand the situation perfectly well. We also wanted to propose a postponement of the signing ceremony.

We hope to get back to the matter of agreement in June when the coronavirus problem is solved.

I'll contact you at the end of May. Maybe we can arrange a new meeting date then.

Best regards

Monika

Dear Maia,

Thank you for your quick answer. All your proposed changes have been made. In our opinion the next step is to sign the agreement.
Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector Paweł Piotrowski will be very pleased to come to Tbilisi for the signing ceremony. We propose the 16th of March for this celebration.
On 17th of March, we could meet and discuss the details of cooperation and introduce our institutions.

Does this term suit you? If it does, we would start to establish the details of our arrival and our meeting.

Looking forward to our collaboration,

Dear Minister,

In 2020 we would like to offer You to sign a cooperation agreement between Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and Drug Agency of Georgia.

The purpose of this agreement is to establish cooperation mechanisms that will enable Georgians and Poles to exchange information and cooperate on activities related to the supervision of the manufacture and distribution, wholesale trade and quality of medical products.

The general idea of this project is also to provide Georgian pharmaceutical inspection with necessary knowledge on the European medicinal products, law and inspection standards as well as to equip inspectors with all necessary tools to perform professional inspections of manufacturers, importers and distributors of medicinal products.

I hope that signing this agreement will be the first step of our cooperation.

I attached the draft agreement. Would You be kind let me know if You are interested in such cooperation?
I look forward to Your comments on the attached agreement.

If You have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely yours
