I am awfully sorry, but I will not be available tomorrow for attending the event  -  have to be the whole day in a panel for the selection of a candidate for a high position in our Regional Office, from 10:30 to 19:30.

 

I was delaying my answer in the hope that the agenda will allow me to attend the event at least partially, but unfortunately it is not the case – the selection was fixed long ago and all the panelists and the candidates will be there at 10:30 sharp.

 

Please convey my sincere apologies to Madam Minister.
