Dear Colleagues,
For the upcoming virtual sessions of WHA73, timely registration of delegates and advance dry runs will be crucial for the smooth running of virtual meetings with minimal
technical issues. I would like to request your support to encourage and help delegates from MoHs to register, and to test and participate in virtual sessions.
The virtual sessions of the WHA will be secured with individual user accounts for all delegates. Therefore all delegates must register and activate their WHO guest
accounts well in advance. The deadline for the Registration is Thursday, 14 May 2020 (please see attached). Due
to the virtual format of this Health Assembly, necessary time should be allocated for testing the connections with each registered participant in advance of the meetings. Therefore registration cannot be extended and will close on Thursday at 23:00 (Geneva
time). It would be very helpful if you could remind the delegates from MoH complete the process of registration and account activation as soon as is practicable.
Delegates will have opportunities to test and get trained on the Interprefy platform to ensure that they have the right equipment and settings to join the virtual sessions.

The above link will establish a video connection with meeting support personnel, who will be available from Monday, 11 May to Friday, 15 May from 07:00 until 22:00
CEST (GMT+2) every day. They will help with the test and provide training on how to use the platform. The test does not require any authentication. Testing should be done using the actual equipment and location to be used by the delegates for the virtual
WHA sessions.
If there are any issues accessing the testing platform, WHO IT support team may be contacted at:
WHA-ITsupport@who.int.
Further dry runs with delegates to simulate the actual virtual sessions will be conducted during Friday, Saturday and, if required, Sunday. Details will be sent separately
about these sessions.
Finally, we understand that some delegates may wish to attend the virtual WHA sessions from WHO country offices. Could you please let the WHA IT support team know at
the above email address if this is the case. They will coordinate with IT focal point in WHO country offices for testing and providing any support that may be required.
