In addition to the information provided below I would like to share the updated agenda of the event along with your respective e-tickets.
- Transportation
(airport pick up): Transportation to Tsakhkadzor town
will be provided by the event organizers according to your travel itineraries.
- Hotel
Accommodation & Event Venue:
Accommodations are being arranged by the World Bank at
Tsakhkadzor Marriott Hotel.

Accommodation Details:
Breakfast
is included in the accommodation package. Lunch and coffee breaks
should be paid by the participants during the
check-out.
Dinner is not provided.

Perdiem:
Each participant will receive advance cash payment in
Georgia Country Office on Friday, May 10, 2019.
Please kindly note that travelers are responsable for
providing the scanned copies of their boarding passses upon arrival.

It’s our pleasure to host you in Armenia from May 11 to 15, 2019 for Flagship course on Health Systems Strengthening: Moving to UHC in Times of Transition. Please see attached
the general information about your stay in Tsakhkadzor town, Armenia.
Please be advised that transportation will be provided per the excel file information. The cost for transportation will be sharely charged to your respective TRs. Please note
that the breakfast is included in your hotel rate, but the lunch and coffee/ breaks which will be served during the event should be paid by you while checking out. Each person will pay a flat rate of AMD 6500 , (US$14) for lunch and AMD 1800, ( US$4 app.)
per coffee/tea breaks.
