OFFICIAL NOTICE ON GOODS SUBJECT TO EXPORT REGISTRATION (NOTIFICATION NO: EXPORT

 

COMMUNIQUÉ ON AMENDMENTS IN 2006/7 (EXPORTS 2020/5)

 

Article 1-the following provisional article has been added to the communiqué on goods subject to export registration published in the Official Gazette dated 6/6/2006 and numbered 26190 (communiqué no: export 2006/7).

 

"Temporary provisions

 

Provisional Article 1 - (1) the communiqué which introduces this article and the customs declarations relating to the goods added to the list of goods attached to the export registration in the annex of this communiqué shall be recorded by the Secretariat General of the relevant exporters ' associations after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce (General Directorate of exports).

 

(2) the provisions of the communiqué establishing this article, the date of publication of this article (except this date) before the customs declaration shall not be applied to goods approved by the General Secretariat of the Exporters ' Union.

 

(3) the Ministry of Commerce (Directorate General of export) who created this item pursuant to the provisions of the communiqué; application exemptions and exceptions allow you to define the principles and procedures necessary to determine, and to give instruction, special and mandatory conditions review to conclude, the path is authorized to resolve administrative conflicts that will arise in practice."

 

Article 2-the following articles are added to the list of goods subject to export registration listed in the annex of the same communiqué as 35-39.

36-Cologne (GTIP: 3303.00.90.00.11)

 

37-disinfectant (GTIP): 3402.90.10.00.12, 3808.94.10.00.00, 3808.94.20.00.00, 3808.94.90.00.19, 3808.94.90.00.11, 2905.12.00.00.12)

 

38-hydrogen peroxide (GTP: 28.47)

 

39-Solo Meltblown fabric (GTP: 56.03)"

 

Article 3-this communiqué enters into force on the date of publication.

 

Article 4-the provisions of this communiqué are executed by the Minister of Commerce.
