Dear Course Participants,
You are kindly asked to transfer the participation fee from your accounts and send to our office the proof of payment done. You will be reimbursed then through your Travel Authorization and receive the amount together with your Per Diems. Payment will be done directly to your Bank account indicated in the Supplier Request Form.
Please be also advised that according to information received from Barcelona office, you shall book Hotel as soon as possible, as only very few rooms are still available in the hotels WHO has block bookings-reservation with negotiated prices.
