Dear WHO Mission Focal points,

We would like to thank the Member States who have successfully registered their delegates and remind those who have not yet done so that the deadline for registration is Thursday, 14 May 2020.

Due to the virtual format of this Health Assembly, necessary time should be allocated for testing the connections with each registered participant in advance of the meetings. Therefore registration cannot be extended and will close on Thursday at 23:00 (Geneva time).

For delegations who have already registered for the Assembly, an email will soon be sent to activate your account. Once the account is created, delegates can access the delegates site and upload the video statements using instructions in the welcome email.

For those who have not yet received an email confirming the successful registration of their delegates, please make sure that you have submitted your delegation in the online system.  Kindly note that entering your delegates in the online system and uploading the delegates credential does not mean your delegation has been successfully registered.  Focal points need to ensure that they submit their delegates by pressing the “submit” button.  An automatic email will then be generated confirming the delegation is successfully submitted.  Further information is available by clicking on the following link: http://www.who.int/governance/registration/en/index.html.   Technical assistance is available by sending an email to supportregistration@who.int or by telephone: +41 22 791 70 00.
