Subject: [EXT] WHO information note on the "Solidarity" trial
Dear colleagues,
WHO has just published an information note on “Solidarity,” an international clinical trial launched by WHO and partners aimed at finding an effective treatment for COVID-19. The note includes some strong language around the use of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine in the context of COVID-19:
The full information note can be found at: https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/global-research-on-novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov/solidarity-clinical-trial-for-covid-19-treatments.
Best wishes,
Saira
