Subject: IOM's letter and request for a meeting

Dear First Deputy Minister,

Dear Tamar,

I hope this message finds you well. In particular, I hope that with the COVID19 situation calming down you are gradually returning to standard, more normal working modalities.

Following our exchanges with your services in the past weeks, I am pleased to share with you our letter set earlier this week informing about IOM’s activities and plans involving cooperation with various services of your Ministry . We would like to request a meeting with you at your earliest convenience to present to you these plans and discuss the next steps.  We will contact your Cabinet to arrange the meeting in the coming period.

In the meantime, I remain at your disposal for any additional information and look forward to seeing you soon, with best regards

Sanja
