Dear Maia,
Hope this message finds you well.
We would need your kind assistance in identifying PoCs (Contact information) for the facilities in the attached list. As you may already know, WHO CO Georgia is purchasing Video Conferencing equipment for the identified facilities in Georgia.
The delivery process is planned to be started from next week and for this, we would appreciate if you could kindly send us the contact information of the persons who can be contacted by our vendor for delivery arrangements.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Tinatin Gigauri

Subject: RE: [EXT] Re: WHO Video System Commercial Offer
Dear Silviu
Many thanks for sharing this. I’ve made some adjustment into the attached distribution list to align it with the Governmental resolution 253 as of April 17th 2020 which defines the list of COVID treating
hospitals. I am forwarding this correspondence to Maya Nikoleishvili for her follow up on formal authorization, and communication with clinics. We will inform clinics about the anticipated installation so that they provide PPEs to workers as needed.
I would suggest to first start installation works in Tbilisi, Gori and Kutaisi that would not require overnight stay. For travel authorization we will coordinate with relevant authorities. May I kindly ask what
is the calendar for the installation work?
With kind regards
Tamar
