Please find the signed Acceptance-Delivery Act in the attachment.
Also, can I kindly ask you to sign on the amended proforma and send it back to me?

Since according our company's rule and the Customer regulation, the total amount 
indicated on the proforma should be the same as we receive. So we need to amend the proforma 
which we diged before.
