Attached you`ll find the medical certificate for Davit DOLIDZE with the exact diagnosis, unfortunately in german.
It says that Davit suffers from
· Cystic fibrosis, chronic progressive metabolic disease; Production of tough, constipating mucus in many organs.
· Lung and bowel manifestation
· chronic MRSA colonization
· Acute exacerbations of the lungs

Thank you for your e-mail.
Please, be informed that MARIAM BADUASHVILI with chronic kidney failure will be transferred from Tbilisi Airport to the relevant medical facility (Ltd. „Via Vita“ address: Lubliana str. 2/6 contact point: Nino Pataraia, tel.: 577901881) for dialisys procedure.
Regarding the 9 year old Georgian citizen DAVIT DOLIDZE, we kindly request yout to inform us the diagnosis (what caused his current condition) of the patient in order to transfer the child to the appropriate hospital.
As for the DAVID KUPRADZE, he will be transfered to the quarantine space and in case of necessity will be provided with medical assistance. Medications, that he requires could be imported by the patient for personal use, considering the conditions indicated in my e-mail below.
Regarding providing updated passengers list, I would like to inform you that we, the Minsitry of Health, only request information regarding those citizens of Georgia who require medical assistance after arrival.

Because I was told that you get these Information anyway from the Federal Police in Koblenz.

in case of DOLIDZE and KUPRADZE we send additional information:
DOLIDZE Davit:
From a medical point of view, there are NO concerns about the planned repatriation measure by air with the following requirements:
• Doctor's assistance throughout the entire measure
• Additional portable O2 supply on board
• Availability and intake of on-demand and long-term therapy including E-Flow wet inhalation on the day of travel
• Exclusion Acute infection exacerbation by means of an outpatient examination on the day of travel
• Compliance with hygiene standards with known MRSA colonization (patient wears a mask)
KUPRADZE David:
Current drug therapy

Dear Mr. Fritsche,
On behalf of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, I would like to kindly inform you that according to the national legislation, patient is allowed to bring into the territory of Georgia certain amount (10 commercial packages) of medicine including unregistered medicines of 2nd and 3rd group for personal use.
The listed medications could be imported into the territory of in Georgia:
Creon capsules; Movicol; Amboroxol; Salbumatol drops; Inhalation therapy with saline solution; ELIQUIS; Acetylsalicylic Acid/ASS; METOPROLOL; RAMIPRIL; RANEXA; SIMVASTATIN; PANTOPRAZOL; NOVAMINSULFON.
If the amount of imported medicine (2nd and 3rd group) for personal use exceeds 10 commercial packages, patient should provide medical record/document (Form N IV-100/ა) together with the prescription to the Customs Service in order to get permissions for the import of the certain number of medical products indicated in the prescription.
As for the patient BADUASHVILI with chronic kidney failure, please be informed that the Ministry will arrange direct transportation from Tbilisi Airport to the relevant medical facility for dialysis service.
However, there is insufficient information regarding patients DOLIDZE and KUPRADZE. Please, provide as soon as possible additional details. What are the main requirements from our side?
