As per your request, we would like to inform you, that according to our agreement, we have started all production processes and stopping them will create more problems for all producers. We maximally will try our best in order to help to Georgian side in this difficult situation and satisfy all your demands.

We will refund the amount for face masks 185 000 US Dollars.

For surgical gowns - on 24th of April we will supply 15 000 pcs maximum (we will inform you about confirmed amount on April 22). As the raw materials for 65 000 pcs of the same item are already prepared, we will deliver them on 27-28th of April. In Total will be supplied 80 000 pcs.

Please inform us where to delivery those 65 000 pcs of surgical gowns Beijing or another city?

Rest of the amount will be calculated and converted into US Dollars, which will be transferred as soon as we will sign an amendment after all products are ready.

Dear Mr. Liu,

Further to my previous e-mail, we kindly request you to make additional amendments to the annex of the Agreement Nპ/2703031101/30 considering the recent changes regarding the delivery of some Personal Protective Equipment.

As you are already informed, Georgian side plans to deliver the ordered goods defined by the Agreement by charter flight, which is schedule on 24th of April from Beijing. Since the preparation of all  ordered (100 000) surgical gowns could not be arranged for this period we kindly request you to provide those quantity of gowns that will be ready before the flight and return the amount paid in advance in USD for the undelivered goods.

Hereby, please be informed that we agree to accept 60 000 Medical Protective Coverall instead of 100 000 and 40 000 Disposable Protective Clothing/Isolation Gowns, which amounts to 10 USD per unit. Please, also consider reimbursement of the remaining amount from the medical protective coverall.

After receiving your feedback and revised annex, we will prepare amendment to the Agreement for signing.

On behalf of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, I would like to kindly address you with request to make amendment to the Agreement Nპ/2703031101/30 signed on 10th of April, 2020 between the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and ANHUI LIGHT INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD, in particular, to replace 500 000 disposable medical surgical masks with the relevant quantity of surgical gowns.

Please, kindly provide us with the revised Annex.
