უკანასკნელ წლებში ჩვენს ქვეყანაში ბევრი საპილოტე სამუშაო და ტრენინგი ჩატარდა გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის თემაზე. შესაბამისად, დროულია გადავიდეთ გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის ცენტრალურ დონეზე განხორციელების ეტაპზე. გასულ წელს სამ სამინისტროში ჩატარებული საპილოტე სამუშაოების შედეგად მიმდინარეობს გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის სამოქმედო გეგმის შემუშავება მისი სრულად იმპლემენტაციისთვის.
გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტირების განხორციელების ძირითადი ელემენტი მასში ჩართული ადამიანების შესაძლებლობების გაძლიერებაა. ამ მიზნით, გვსურს, ჩამოვაყალიბოთ ექსპერტებისა და ტრენერების ჯგუფი, რომლებიც, ტრენინგებითა და ექსპერტიზით ხელს შეუწყობენ გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტირების დანერგვას საკუთარ უწყებებში და უწყებებს მიღმა. ამ მიმართულებით პირველი ნაბიჯი არის ტრენერების ტრენინგი, რომელსაც ჩაატარებს ავსტრიელი ექსპერტი ელიზაბეტ კლატცერი ადგილობრივი ექსპერტებისა და იმ პირების დახმარებით, რომლებიც მონაწილეობდნენ გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის საპილოტე სამუშაოებში.
გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის ტრენერების ტრენინგის მიზნებია:
გვსურს, მოგიწვიოთ აღნიშნულ ტრენინგზე, რომელიც
მოგცემთ შესაძლებლობას, გახდეთ გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის ექსპერტები საქართველოში.
ამასთანავე, გვინდა გთხოვოთ, შემოგვთავაზოთ ის ადამიანები, ვისი ამ ტრენინგში მონაწილეობაც იქნება რელევანტური. ტრენერების ტრენინგში მონაწილეობის მისაღებად აუცილებელი პირობაა გარკვეული ცოდნა გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტის შესახებ, ასევე სასურველია გენდერულად მგრძნობიარე ბიუჯეტზე ან ბიუჯეტირებისა და დაგეგმვის პროცესში გენდერული თანასწორობის პრინციპებზე მუშაობის პრაქტიკული გამოცდილება.
ტრენერთა ტრენინგი ჩატარდება 19-22 თებერვალს ლოპოტა სპა რეზორტში.

Invitation to participate in the Training of Trainers for Gender Responsive Budgeting
During the last years, a lot of GRB pilot work and trainings has been carried out in our country. Now it is time to move to a more systematic level of GRB implementation at the central level. Based on pilot GRB work in 3 ministries during the past year, currently a GRB Action Plan for full implementation is being prepared.
A key element of good GRB implementation is building capacities of all people involved to enable them to fully implement GRB. For this purpose, we want to move ahead and contribute to building a group of experts and trainers who will be able to promote GRB by providing trainings and advice within their institutions and more broadly. A first step in this direction is a training of trainers carried out by the international expert Dr. Elisabeth Klatzer with contributions from officials who have been involved in GRB pilot work and national experts.
Purpose and aim of the Training of Trainers for Gender Responsive Budgeting:
- Consolidate knowledge on the GRB approach to be used at the central level in Georgia
- Build a group of experts on GRB in Georgia who can carry out trainings and support activities on GRB in the future, within their own institutions and for ministries and agencies at the central level.
We would like to extend this opportunity to you and invite you to participate in this training of trainers and thus become part of the group of GRB experts and pioneers on GRB in Georgia.
Furthermore, we want to ask your to nominate people for participation in the training. A prerequisite for being part of the GRB ToT is to have some background on GRB, and ideally also to have some practical experience on working with GRB, or with gender equality in the planning and budgeting process.
