Dear colleagues, 

 

Thank you very much for your participation in the Doodle poll to choose a date for our next meeting in Madrid.

 

As you would have seen, the 29th is the most convenient date for most of you.

 

We need to know if those of you who have chosen 8th, would be able to attend on the 29th, and if that is not the case, if you wish to send a representative to the meeting or attend joining us by zoom us.

 

Could you please confirm to me your attendance asap, so that we can  reserve the appropriate room at Colegio de Dentistas de Madrid and to make a reservation for the dinner? 

 

I also encourage those that have not answered yet, to confirm (or not) your presence in Madrid.

 

Please, if any of you would like to follow us by zoom us online meeting, make sure you let me know, so that I can give you access to the virtual meeting room.
