Your Excellency Minister Tikaradze,

It is our pleasure to share with you the allocation letter for Georgia for the 2020-2022 Global Fund allocation period.

Your allocation letter includes the communication of the total allocation for Georgia, with the indicative program split by disease component.  In addition, your letter includes relevant information for your consideration while developing the funding request.

Along with the allocation letter you will find attached the Program Split Confirmation template, which every applicant is required to complete and submit before their first funding request.

We will have the opportunity to discuss the follow-up to this letter more thoroughly – I will be in contact with the Principal Recipient tomorrow. Please feel free to contact me at any time to further discuss the content of the letter.

In addition to the assistance available from your country team, there are a number of on-line resources to help you prepare your funding request, including application Instructions, the Applicant Handbook, Frequently Asked Questions, and Information Notes and Technical Briefs.

We thank you in advance for your continued efforts in the fight against HIV and TB and remain available to answer questions you may have.

My best regards,

Tatyana
