2023, it consists of the following key documents.

- Annex A Budget (Costed Workplan), we have applied 5% increase on HR cost
- Annex B Performance Framework
- Standard Terms and Conditions
- Bank details
We would be grateful if the CCM could read the attached document carefully, and if in agreement sign
both the agreement and the specimen signature
and send back its scanned copy by email. As soon as we receive it we will send you a counter signed copy for your records. The disbursement will be processed the same week. In the meantime, CCM can utilize the cash balance as per the approved attached
