Dear Colleagues,

WHO Country Office in Georgia would like to inform you on new contracting policy of the Organization.

From April 18, it would not be possible to contract individual(s) who are not registered in WHO system so far.

In order to be able to potentially engage anyone individually as a consultant , we kindly ask you to register in WHO system “Stellis” and create your profile accordingly.

We would like to share such notification to our major partners, and ask you  kindly forward this email to your colleagues, interested to have profile for future individual contracts with WHO.

Instructions for Candidates are attached for your kind information and actions.

Please find the link to Stellis where candidates for Consultant contracts (Consultants, Interpreters, etc.) shall create their profiles

Once personal profile in Stellis is created, please  inform us, as we have to send all names to WHO/EURO, so they could finalize the process in the system.

It is desirable to receive your confirmation by 15 of April 2018 since candidates are supposed to be in the system by 18 of April 2018 and their names are to be sent to HR by that time.
