	Dear Mr. Hakobyan,

We inform you that the purpose of the visit is to discuss with the Armenian side the revision of the program to reduce biological hazards and the program to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction within the framework of the agreement on cooperation between the United States and Armenia in the field of combating the spread of weapons of mass destruction.: 
The American side requests to arrange a meeting on March 13, 2011 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. with an interdepartmental commission headed by First Deputy Director of the National Security Service of Armenia, Lieutenant General Romik Harutyunyan, established on March 25 (information about the meeting location will be provided additionally), and on March 14 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Commander of the Border Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, Major General Armen Abrahamyan, which is proposed to be held in the Yerevan Central Graseyak of the Border troops:
