ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMISSION
 
Based on subparagraph 2 of paragraph 121 of the procedure established by Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia NH-174-N dated July 18, 2007, within the framework of the agreement "on cooperation in preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens and experience used in the creation of biological weapons" to coordinate cooperation between the Threat Reduction Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Department of Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia, for the purpose of regulation and establishment of unified control:
1. Create an interdepartmental commission and approve its composition in accordance with the annex:
2. The Interdepartmental Commission, within two months after the entry into force of this decision, shall develop and submit for approval by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia the working procedure of the Interdepartmental commission specified in paragraph 1 of the decision:
